Build with us

Help people walk
homes that do not
exist yet.

walkspace lets a buyer physically walk an unbuilt home at 1:1 scale, in a gallery, before a brick is laid. It is a new category, and it is built by a small team where spatial craft, engineering, design and partnerships share one room.

C-01 Why build here

A category nobody has built before, made of things that are genuinely hard.

A show flat shows one layout, then gets demolished. Everything else in a tower is sold on a render a buyer cannot truly read. walkspace closes that gap by rebuilding any unit type as a room you physically walk, at true scale, in one gallery.

That sits at an unusual intersection: real fabrication and gallery craft, the software and measurement that make a walk repeatable, design that decides how it feels, and the partnerships that put it in front of buyers. Few teams get to work across all four at once. Here you have to.

  • 1:1 Full scale. Not a render, not a headset. A room you walk.
  • Four Disciplines, one loop: spatial, engineering, design, growth.
  • 01 Deployment live in Bengaluru, and measured in the open.
C-02 The disciplines we hire

We are not posting a wall of fixed titles. These are the four areas the company is built from, and the kinds of people each one needs. If your work lives here, we want to hear what you would build.

A Makers who think in full scale

Spatial and build

The physical craft: turning a plan set into a room a buyer can walk. Set building, fabrication, materials, gallery operations, and the install and teardown that keep a deployment running.

  • Fabrication
  • Set and scenic
  • Materials
  • Gallery ops
B Builders of the layer under the walk

Engineering

The systems that make the walk repeatable and legible. Tooling that turns CAD into a build, the measurement layer that records every walk, and the data work that turns a launch into a source of truth.

  • Product engineering
  • Tooling and CAD
  • Data
  • Measurement
C People who care how a room reads

Design

How the walk feels, and how walkspace reads to the people who meet it. Spatial and interior design, light and finish, brand, and the product surface that carries the story from plan to gallery.

  • Spatial design
  • Interiors and finish
  • Brand
  • Product
D People who put the walk in front of buyers

Growth and partnerships

The relationships that carry the category: developers, architects and interiors firms. Sales, partnerships and the account work that gets Deployment 01 walked, and the next tower after it.

  • Sales
  • Partnerships
  • Accounts
  • Marketing
C-03 How we work
  1. 01

    Early, and hands on

This is a new category, not a filled-in org chart. You will own a wide surface, ship the real thing, and see it walked the same week.

  2. 02

    In the room, in Bengaluru

The product is physical. We build, install and watch buyers walk it in person. This is a Bengaluru-based, in-the-gallery team.

  3. 03

    Honest about what is real

Deployment 01 is live and measured in the open. We do not borrow averages or ship dashboard theatre. We say what we know and what we do not.

  4. 04

    Build, then measure

We make the walk, then let the walk tell us the truth. The four disciplines are one loop, not four silos, and everyone works close to the buyer.

Reach out

No exact title for what you do? Good. Tell us anyway.

The category is early enough that the best roles are not written down yet. If you build in one of these four areas, send a note about what you would make here. A real person reads every one.
