Most proptech hands you borrowed averages and rounded-up case studies. We refuse. Deployment 01 is our first live gallery, and we are measuring exactly what a walk does, in public, publishing the numbers as they land.
Below is the register, open. The value column is empty on purpose. We would rather show you nothing than show you a number we have not watched a real buyer make.
What we measure
Six entries. Every value read live.
This is exactly what a walk is measured for. Each entry is being read in Deployment 01 as buyers move through the gallery. Where a value is not yet earned, we say so plainly and leave the line open. No placeholder figure, no borrowed average dressed as our own.
Measured figures publish on this line as Deployment 01 reports them. The register updates when the walk earns it, not before.
Why the numbers are blank
We will not borrow proof.
The proptech deck has a house style: a confident uplift lifted from someone else's market, a case study rounded up, a wall of logos, a dashboard finished before the first real walk. It reads well. It proves nothing. We would rather redact it than print it.
