Three ways
to deploy.

One product, scoped three ways. Every deployment is quoted to your tower and unit mix, never sold off a shelf. Pick the tier by how far you want the buyer to walk before they book.

P-01 How pricing works

Quoted to your launch, not a price list.

01

Scoped, not shelved

Every deployment is quoted to your tower and its unit mix. There is no list price, because no two launches carry the same layouts or gallery footprint.

02

Priced against a booking

On homes priced ₹1.5 to 3 crore, two to three incremental bookings pays for the Launch Pack. Everything the walk converts after that is upside.

03

Nothing demolished

A single show flat, built for one layout, runs ₹35 to 60 L and is torn down when the launch ends. A deployment walks every core unit type, then redeploys.

Tell us the tower.
We will quote the walk.

Send us the unit mix and the gallery you have to work with. We will scope the right tier and put a number against it, one you can measure against a booking.
