The walk · Five levels
From bare footprint to signed off.
The walk climbs in five levels. Each adds one layer of reality to the room. Start at the plan on the floor, finish at a home your buyer can sign off, standing inside it.
- L1 Walk the plan Your footprint drawn on the gallery floor at true 1:1. You pace the actual room before a wall exists.
- L2 Walls and views Volume goes vertical. Ceiling height, sight lines and the window you will actually stand at.
- L3 Light and finish Materials, surfaces and daylight at the hour you asked for. The room stops being a diagram.
- L4 Furnished The home fully dressed. Furniture, flow and the path your body takes from door to balcony.
- L5 Signed off Certain, before it is built. The buyer approves the real thing, not a promise on a brochure.

Four parts. Open any one.
The walk is what a buyer feels. The rest is what makes it a product: what it measures, how it ships, and what it pays back. Every part has its own page.
- 01 The walk L1 to L5 One unbuilt home, rebuilt as a room you walk at 1:1 scale. No render, no headset. The five levels take it from bare footprint to signed off.
- 02 Intelligence The moat Every walk leaves a trace. The behavioural layer measures how real buyers move, so a launch stops being a black box and becomes a source of truth about demand.
- 03 Packages 3 tiers Launch, Experience and Flagship. Scoped to your tower and unit mix, not a fixed shelf product. Pricing is quoted, never fabricated.
- 04 ROI calculator Payback See the payback on a single deployment. Two to three incremental bookings pays for the Launch Pack. Run the numbers on your own launch.
Any result on these pages is measured live in Deployment 01, with no borrowed averages and no dashboard theatre.
